He has been a P&L owner for last 15+ years and instrumental in building global teams across US, Europe and APAC. Exceptional track record in delivering programs for legacy modernization; agile, devops deliveries; machine/ AI learning, software product engineering; with keen focus on cost vs value and ensuring very high customer satisfaction. Known leader in the Indian Captive Industry and worked closely with many fortune 1000 customers with global in-house centers in India. He has played multiple consulting roles for complex IT landscape and multi-country 24 x 7 operations helping recovery in program/project management, service delivery and technology Architecture.

 

Satbir Singh Kohli

Satbir Singh Kohli has a total of 37+ years of Industry experience with last 22 years in SAP. He excels in providing thought leadership for competency development, managing large SAP programs, managing SAP trainings, building offshore and near shore development centers, business development, customer relationship management, people management and alliances management. Satbir’s last role in Atos was Head of Enterprise Platform Solutions (EPS) Practice for GDC (Global Delivery Center). As EPS head he is responsible for delivering offshore solutions for Global customers for SAP, Oracle and Microsoft applications. Have also handled SAP business for India (including SAP training Services Group), ME and North America in Atos and was also instrumental in winning strategic deals in India. Before this, he was Senior Vice President and the Global Head of SAP practice for Mahindra Satyam and Tech Mahindra and was responsible for the overall business of SAP services globally. Satbir has also worked earlier in Deloitte consuting, Mahindra Consulting (now Bristlecone) and Mahindra and Mahindra (Automotive division).
